Luxury Boarding Kennels for Dogs
Welcome to Park Kennels near Wantage in Oxfordshire. We like to think we are rather unique in the standard of care and attention we give your pet dog when he or she visits our kennels.
Our kennels have been designed by a leading expert in pet care to create minimum stress and maximum contentment for dogs staying with us. They are 7 ft by 15 ft (213cm by 457 cm) in total space, divided into a sleep and exercise area with areas of privacy so that they can hide away if they want to. The sleep areas have underfloor heating and the exercise runs are fully covered. Bars have been kept to a minimum, with full height block work, decorated in bright colours with a specially designed glass door which opens onto a large, bright central corridor allowing both the dogs to see us and each other but also for us to keep a close eye on them too.
We have just 20 kennels so our staff to boarder ratio is high. The dogs are exercised daily on our 57 acres of stunning farmland and their time with us will be more of a holiday for them than time locked up and away from home.
Our Staff have Specialist knowledge and are carefully chosen
The owner is qualified in First Aid Certificates for animal care and a BSC. in Physiology and Zoology. Other staff employed are usually from a veterinary care background and all are obviously dog lovers!
Dogs are social animals & fare best when kind, empathetic & professional staff care for them. Our staff are friendly, polite and interact easily with dogs & customers. In addition there are sufficient of them to give individual care to every one of our visiting dogs.
